Attitude and not helpful at all the guys at the main counter. Very dirty inside also

This isn't about a brick and mortar location but the customer service we were sent to at an 800 number. I called to cancel an account I'm not using and they refused to believe it was me, even after I passed all the verification, including a text with a code to my phone. It's me. Nobody else is calling you to close out an account with a zero balance. Forcing me into a branch to do this is frankly bad service. And your agent had an attitude for no reason. I could not have been nicer.
