My husband put his bank card into an out of service machine and another woman at the outside machine did the same thing at the same time. They both couldn't get cards but the Manager told them they should have seen the message on the screen. My husband mentioned the morning glare and he suggested a sign or a paper note would have helped him. She said nobody reads them anyway. 🤔 Possibly a kinder more empathetic response would have been helpful. She seemed dismissive to their dilemma.
Bank tells who give you change then tell you they need it back plus some. Rules keep changing and long lines with people who just jump to the front because they want to. Going to this bank is the worst part of my job.
Place is a joke. I need a piece of paper for my son but because I’m not on the account and my wife is they will not give me the paperwork he needs for direct deposit. Meanwhile a certain group of people get and do whatever they want at this bank. Bye bye TD my money is going elsewhere.
Everyone there at the Lakewood road TD bank in Toms River is fantastic especially Kaylynn (or Katelyn — apologies if misspelled)!!
