This is the most inconvenient bank. I have been trying to get a response for 4 weeks about a fee they charged my savings account. I have sent 4 emails and all I get is a -due to the virus our response will be slower. 4 weeks and 4 emails with the same response is terrible. I tried to call on the phone two times and after a 40 minute wait listening to awful music the call was disconnected by TD. I have been with my branch since when it was still Commerce Bank.
