The employees at the Newtown Square branch of TD Bank went WAY above the threshold of excellent customer service for me today. Upon leaving the bank, my car key fob dropped and slipped into the sewer grate outside the entrance. I went back into the bank to inquire about contact info for the maintenance person who cleans the sewer, and instead, the staff took it upon themselves to spend their time and energy retrieving my key fob. Waited close to 35min to send a wire w/ ZERO people ahead of me… no sense of urgency whatsoever.. more worried about meaningless conversations with other employees… will. E taking my banking elsewhere!!
No issues in and out, plenty of parking
I don't understand why the only ATM in this location never works.
