Waited close to 35min to send a wire w/ ZERO people ahead of me… no sense of urgency whatsoever.. more worried about meaningless conversations with other employees… will. E taking my banking elsewhere!!

I don't understand why the only ATM in this location never works.
Worst customer service you could imagine. Made us wait an hour so we decided to take all our money out and close the account.
