Unfortunate. That’s what I call my latest experience with my bank. I certainly wishTD bank possessed the ability to serve their customers needs more proficiently without causing the customer to pay for the banks mistakes. Since when does the bank return a check that has funds supporting it and since when do they Re Run that check days later after having issued a 35 dollar nsf fee? still waiting for corporate to resolve my issues. highly recommend any other financial institution. absolute nightmare dealing with the corporate representatives. they dont do what they say and have excuses for why they refuse to correct the problem. on a positive note the manager at the local branch here in greer has been very pleasant and apologetic.
