I have been to many different TD Branches over the year's, And this TD branche on sunset was Absolutely a pleasure walking into! The welcome that I got was amazing from Theresa Gaillard! Any Questions i had She took the time to explain and Anything I was not sure of, And made sure I Understood any uncertainties before I left!! She had patience as a saint with me! This bank is horrible Bethany and alms are liars don’t waste your time here they will screw you over
I had to wait more than 45 minutes in the bank to close a CD that had matured and was in the grace period so that I would have access to my own money without penalty. This was mid-afternoon--not during lunch break. People were literally walking into the bank from the car line outside to see what was up because it was so slow. If I hadn't done this, TD would have automatically renewed the CD at a lower rate. They would not allow me to close the CD or renew at a competitive rate over the phone.
