The new manager Liu was cordial, helpful, and professional earlier this week when I had an issue with the ATM. She is a great new asset to this location which has needed a customer service upgrade via new management and developmental training.

I received a promotional offer post card from TD and took it to my local branch to try and open an account. The rep at the local branch told me that I needed to open the account online since the offer is specifically for me. I opened the account online and received my checking account number and changed my direct deposit information with my job.
