I always have a great experience at my branch.
I received a promotional offer post card from TD and took it to my local branch to try and open an account. The rep at the local branch told me that I needed to open the account online since the offer is specifically for me. I opened the account online and received my checking account number and changed my direct deposit information with my job. Fraudulent Bankers and Inconvenient Customer Service I am pregnant and traumatized from the experience I had at TD Silver Spring. I had to call 911 at the branch on my visit. The incident happened on 12/2/2023. I sent my complaint to TD on 12/16/23, and called the 1800 customer service hotline on 12/29/23 and I emailed again on 1/5/24. It's been 3 months, but no one ever email or call me back about my complaints.
