My experience with TB bank in silver spring was great and it was my first time stepping in to any TB bank since I was a recent customer connecting myself to TB bank. I went to silver spring to cash out money since, I did not to go the atm due to my physical card being shipped. Buenas tardes , yo tengo una cuenta con uds desde hace unos tres años pero resulta que me la bloquearon y deseo recuperar mi cuenta Zelle , una pregunta cobran por desvincular la cuenta Zelle de la cuenta del banco ? Ya que no estoy usando esa cuenta porque la bloquearon y no he podido arreglar eso por falta de tiempo , he visto que se puede desvincular telefónicamente sin ir uno personal pero cuando he llamado siempre me dicen que debo ir personal al banco . The new manager Liu was cordial, helpful, and professional earlier this week when I had an issue with the ATM. She is a great new asset to this location which has needed a customer service upgrade via new management and developmental training.
