Great service today. Friendly and helpful.
Elsie in the lexington center bank was so incredibly rude. My service today was terrible she was nasty to coworkers as well. Andrew was nice after elsie yelled at us. They were also rude to the customers in line. She constantly interrupted a simple cash deposit for other customers who came in after.
Both teller and the manager deserve the rudest customer service medal. Real review should be encouraged.
Ask the customer wait for 10mins. The staff just type the computer, no one serve me and I am standing there like an idiot!
