Great service today. Friendly and helpful.
Elsie in the lexington center bank was so incredibly rude. My service today was terrible she was nasty to coworkers as well. Andrew was nice after elsie yelled at us. They were also rude to the customers in line. She constantly interrupted a simple cash deposit for other customers who came in after.
