Been attempting to close an account for e months now. Have emailed and talked to phone reps as buildings haven’t been open. Wait time is insane on the phone. They continue to charge an exorbitant fee and offer no help. I get there is a pandemic but when you offer anaccount closing option via email and only send a response, we are busy and will get to your request, then 3 months later still no response. Not thrilled.
RecommendedEveryone here is so helpful. The manager is amazing and their tellers are all so sweet and wonderful
