They deserve zero stars! I was in the drive through and waited 20 minutes and no one helped me. I went inside. There were 2 tellers. They each had a customer and one man was ahead of me. I waited 25 minutes in line and it did not move. The tellers seemed more concerned with having conversations and not working with the 2 people at the counter. I had to walk out.
