Basically was told even though the charges weren't done by me they wouldn't refund me or the overdraft fees because of it so on that note i never will do business with them ever again and when it comes to auto financing I refuse to ever have a customer use your institution. I will make sure every customer i sit with that they know how horrible of a bank you are running and to go to rockland federal or harbor one.
