i have been a customer here for nearly 15 years, business and personal accounts. imagine my chagrin to find that my (new!) Student Checking Account is now $15 a month because i'm over 24 years old!!!
Bring a book. You'll have plenty of time while you wait in line.
Oh I forgot to mention. The tellers are assholes also

If the post off ice is crazy. Some of their ATMs sell stamps.
Extremely slow teller service. They have 3-4 tellers and only 1 actually working with customers. Lame
While doing your transaction with the teller, grab a dog biscuit. Munch on it (it's just wheat) and act normal. Freaks them out.
