what is a maintence fee? why charge people who dont have the money? they pay bills. its a time where were all losing our jobs and you guys want to charge.
do everything different. stop holding peoples money arbitrarily. Been banking with TD for a little under a month now and have had to call 3 times already, the first time their system wasn't even working so I couldn't even get an answer to my problem. garbage bank
I have bad it with TD bank, I just got off the phone with Chris a supervisor with TD bank and he told me that I can not get my overdraft fee returned to my account because I had too many Overdraft fee returns on my account due to TD bank messing up my account... I will withdraw all my money from my account and close it I am done with this banking institution!!!... And furthermore he told me that reguardless of what the other rep said to me earlier today, That he will not return the money to my account
I tried to post on the TD main page, but it won't let me. TD's bank rep told me 'I'm sorry, but you got scammed". Because the charged was over 60 days old (the company I ordered from kept rescheduling the delivery date) TD refused to do anything about it. I feel like I got scammed by TD Bank as I paid for something which was never received. This is a warning to others to use a credit card rather than a debit card ... actually a different bank would even be better. My other bank issued me a credit from the same time period.

Typically I'd give 5 stars but I'm having the worst experience with TD bank right now. I received a call from fraud a week ago asking to verify if I opened another account, which I did. Called back immediately and left a voicemail to confirm. Went to my online account and I'm locked out. Called customer service and waited for 30 minutes to be told, sorry, Fraud needs to unlock your account, let me try calling them (no answer). They tell me to just keep calling Fraud. Worst Bank EVER! Customer service sucks! Trying to log in to pay the balance of my TD credit card and then close that account and my TD Checking account and then go to Republic but the security question asked me a question that I CAN'T ANSWER BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A YOUNGER BROTHER so the account is now locked out. Well the 20 plus minute wait in the phone queue to unlock it sucks too!
