The service here is extremely slow. That is if you even receive service. I was in yesterday and there were 2 tellers open. Each had a customer and there were 2 customers in front of me in line. The young man finished with his customer and took the next 2 customers. I was the only one left in line and he took a phone call instead. He didn’t even acknowledge me. Everytime you need the ATM it is broken, on a Thursday morning ...... did someone drain it overnight. Unlikely . I love td bank for the most part but the atms are their achiles heels about as reliable as mcdonalds ice cream machines. Not an isolated incident either. Sad part is I just wanted to deposit some extra $ on my way to work. I don't have time during the day with my job to just stop and run to the bank either which is why many need the machine. Maintenance outages need to be when the bank is open
What bank charges you to have checks cashed that are written by a client of that bank... makes 0 sense! I've dealt with alot of banks throughout my professional career and this is definitely a first.
Absolutely terrible bank. They ripped me off with fees when I clearly did not accept any overdraft when I used to bank with them and now I go to cash two checks and pay their fees and they will not except my drivers license which is valid and my Social Security card, which is valid For such a grimy bank you I’m very surprised
