Horrible service during COVID 19. Every trip to this bank results in sitting in my idling car for 30-45 minutes. I understand not going inside but to cut the drive through hours is ridiculous and forces customers to wait unusually long in order to make a deposit. Their is no need to shorten drive through hours, in fact they should be extended when you are forcing EVERYONE into the drive thru lines. I think we could agree your exposure in the drive through is quite minimal.
Not even worth 1 star. Stay away. Losing a customer since 1997! Congrats on your ineptitude! I'll spread the word how you're America's Most Convienant Bank.
