Don't waste your time coming here if you want to speak to somebody they make you sit and wait and no one helps you at all it's a complete waste of time coming to this location I will not be back to this location and I recommend nobody to ever use this location
The cashiers at TD Bank should receive more training in customer service. They lack knowledge and often confuse customers. Despite working long hours, they still don’t have enough information.
I went to cash a check in person and explained why I did not use the mobile deposit and I did not use the atm to deposit because I needed the money today and not the next business day. The cashier did not explain that i could not cash the check and she was depositing the check instead of cashing it. I thought i would receive cash and she said it was in the account and deposited the check in my account without giving me options or explaining and told me it was ok and assured me the funds were there. Plenty of parking and great working hours for those of us who work odd hours. Staff was friendly, fast & efficient. Love having human interaction. The manager even came out and greeted us.
