I went to cash a check in person and explained why I did not use the mobile deposit and I did not use the atm to deposit because I needed the money today and not the next business day. The cashier did not explain that i could not cash the check and she was depositing the check instead of cashing it. I thought i would receive cash and she said it was in the account and deposited the check in my account without giving me options or explaining and told me it was ok and assured me the funds were there. Plenty of parking and great working hours for those of us who work odd hours. Staff was friendly, fast & efficient. Love having human interaction. The manager even came out and greeted us.
I called for assistance because I was having trouble with my card. The lady hung up on me ! And I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone ! Extremely rude staff !
