This location has the worst ATMs. They’re either down or have very limited options for bills. I don’t have that issue else where. I realize this location is a busy one and that’s likely the reason for this but you would think they would work with that. I only gave it 2 stars due to it being convenient location and it has a nice exterior.
I will not return to this bank it’s always a problem here. I got the third degree like a criminal. How dare you ask me what I’m doing with MY money I’m withdrawing!!! it’s none of your business!!!! They told me they have to ask and input in their system…Really!!!! it was less then $5000 mind your business.
Every time I go there it’s a very very long wait.
By far the worst TD Bank I’ve ever been to and that I have to go to because it’s the only one around. The drive up ATM is broke every week. It’s always being repaired. You go inside to do your banking. You better have 20 minutes to 45 minutes to spare because that’s how long you’re gonna be in there waiting. Every time you go in there, the line is 8, 10, 12 people deep. I normally hate banks and dislike many of the employees due to how uncaring they can be. Not today!!!! A woman named YAMI made it a pleasure for me to open a new account at TD! I really appreciated her, knowledge, chrisma, and willingness to assist my banking needs. Thanks Yami and TD! -M.Mazur
