Recently bought a home in Boynton Beach. I needed a roll of quarters and TD was close to my home. I went in and waited around ten mins until the teller was done. She greeted me and I asked for a roll of quarters. She asked for my debt card and I told her that I don’t have an account and she told me she couldn’t help me! It’s a bank!!
