I never leave reviews honestly, but I feel like I am obligated to write a review because this has been one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. If you're looking for a bank that does not allow you to use your card online, without having to call a number and confirm your identity (even small purchases, even a 10 dollar purchase will not let you go through) and when you do, the person on the other line will ask you permission to ask security questions, and when you agree, they actually can't pull up the security q... read more
The in-person service at this branch was outstanding. The staff is very family oriented and understanding, went in with a 3 week old, and a 2 year old child and was offered a chance to schedule an appointment or wait. I chose to wait and the kids did not 😅, however the teller was quick to offer my son a soccer ball, and when our turn was up she litteraly helped me with him and gave him a coloring book, pad, pen, and crayons. the blonde haired woman at the counter was extremely rude speaking to me with an attitude for no reason. i wanted to cash a pretty large check and i’ll never do business with this bank
My wife and I had a great experience at TD Bank in Spartanburg SC, thanks to Diane Cothran retail Banker. There was an issue with the wrong address on our on line bank checks and Diane was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process.
