My wife and I had a great experience at TD Bank in Spartanburg SC, thanks to Diane Cothran retail Banker. There was an issue with the wrong address on our on line bank checks and Diane was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. TD closed the branches in Columbus NC and Tryon NC and this is the closest branch for me to drive to now. The banking is frustrating, but the peoiple here are always top notch.
I've never thought to review a bank before, but I honestly have had a fantastic experience every time I've been to this TD location. I absolutely love Christina - she's knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I've seen a few other ladies working as well and they were also a pleasure to interact with. 5 stars for the amazing customer care from the TD ladies! A man named Brayden who works there is also very nice.

Please find a different bank! They never answer the phone, or return your call! We have banked with them for many years and it’s always something. It’s past time to find another bank! Absolutely horrible experiences
