I never leave reviews honestly, but I feel like I am obligated to write a review because this has been one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. The in-person service at this branch was outstanding. The staff is very family oriented and understanding, went in with a 3 week old, and a 2 year old child and was offered a chance to schedule an appointment or wait. I chose to wait and the kids did not 😅, however the teller was quick to offer my son a soccer ball, and when our turn was up she litteraly helped me with him and gave him a coloring book, pad, pen, and crayons. the blonde haired woman at the counter was extremely rude speaking to me with an attitude for no reason. i wanted to cash a pretty large check and i’ll never do business with this bank
