Beginning of this month I made a deposit into my business account through the drive thru, when I received my receipt it was short $100 short so immediately called back in for this issue to be resolved. Well here we are today almost end of the month and issue still isn’t resolved and I’m just out of $100. I chose to close my account because I know for a fact what sent in to be deposited. I’m the type of person to count my money from the atm teller on camera. Hopefully no one else has this same issue with this branch.
I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I’m honestly at a point where I am infuriated. I just opened my account with TD Bank last week simply because I wanted a new account to use for my savings and spending…… every single day since I have opened my new account, I have been kicked out and locked out of Not only my debit card, but now my entire account is locked as of this afternoon for “identity theft” which is literally crazy to me, considering I was at the branch three times today and had to show my drivers lice... read more
TD bank needs more ATMs or locations. The two that they have that is nearby is still 20+ miles from my home. I drive to each of them to find out neither is working. I go to another bank that is open and grab money out and knowing that there's no possible way to get money out of the one I bank with. You guys still charge me on top of what the other banks charge. I think this is ridiculous because we shouldn't have to go elsewhere. I need cash...what are we supposed to do wait on you guys to get it together? That's bs. You guy... read more
