I just called the bank and spoke with Angela Fernandez. During the first call, she placed me on hold and then hung up the phone. When I called back, I was placed on hold again, and unfortunately my question was not addressed. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and discourteous.
Worst bank in the world! They paid my contractor before he was finished with the punchlist and now I can’t get the work completed! I will never use this bank again! Management refused to do anything about it!
