I haven't never been so pleased with the service at any bank, as much as I was at this particular td branch. Donna took the time to listen and understand my need, and then proceeded to solve a very challenging issue. I can't say enough good things about everyone I encountered at the branch, but Donna stands out as an example to all banks that claim exceptional customer service as their goal. Kudos 👏 Mission accomplished!
The bank is holding up payments to me from Amazon and zelle . Forget about getting anyone to answer phones ive been calling from 8:30 to 10am no one answers phone. Whats going on with this branch??? The worst service ever. I lived in Port St Lucie West , NY and PA. Never had such poor service or lack there of Ultimately I will have to physically go there to try to get anything done. Im 77 year old veteran, not well enough to physically go there i will get a friend to drive me Disgraceful representative of TD Bank.
This was a wonderful branch now no one cares bout customer service. I have made a simple request in March and have been following up ever since. Supposedly getting a call back in 10 minutes from the assistant manager, don't hold you'll breath. Going back in person. Thinking of changing banks. There has to be something better for my money.
I would have given no stars if possible. Waited 30 minutes to receive a new debit card and add a family member to an account only to have a bank employee take two separate customers who came in after us. One could not miss that we were waiting. Plus, there was another customer waiting in front of us. Complete waste of time and left.
Awful, male Teller was rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Will never return to this particular branch.
