It -used- to be "How can we help?" Now it's "Fight me." In the decade I've been coming here, I've been able to cash my minor child's birthday checks. In 2026, I am told I have to open an account for her and deposit the checks. They'll HAPPILY annoy a customer if it means one day in the distant future maybe getting $4.95 from a 19 year old for possibly not maintaining a minimum account balance. I went to deposit cash to my checking account and they ask me ID. That is horrible to give them money I have to show ID. It’s time to look another bank after been them for long time
I love going to this branch of TDBank. In all of my many interactions with this bank, on large and small matters, the staff here have been highly competent and exceptionally welcoming and enjoyable to deal with. The Saturday and Sunday hours also set TDBank apart. And TDBank's online customer support is also better (in availability and competence) than the other big name banks I have dealt with.
Great bank with great service and employees plus an easy to use app for online banking.
Rude and unhelpful staff. After I was lied to by TD bank phone assistance, I went to this branch to resolve a deposit issue. a Check I'd deposited nearly two weeks before the visit still had not cleared. Despite a 5 year history with this bank and NO bad deposits in my banking history, ever, the manager claimed the extended delay was because I had a new account or one with a poor history.
