Correct all the software errors. Example, I received an email that my July 2018 account statement was available. I closed the account on June 22, 2018. In addition, on June 20th, I reset month end recurring BillPay payments to zero and deleted the BillPay account. The vendor received the normal payment check for July 31st - deposited it and was charged $40 for a NSF (which TD Bank owes me the $40 and when I told the online rep - they hung up on me). TD is A MF***** they sure enough need a better security networking system to prevent from hacking but yet what to charge u for every atm withdrawal that is not theirs!! 3x hacked screw TD we are transferring bank!!!! Commerce Bank was better just saying
Our cousin had a hacking incident months ago in New Jersey and has not been made whole as yet. I would never recommend TD Bank to anyone period! Do the right thing TD contact Cindy and make her account whole again by restoring her funds stolen from her account!
Very under staffed slow dragging service, their already at work we're trying to get to work amazing and management wonders why Bussiness is bad �
