Worst bank I have ever been to.They changed their policy for issuing a new card and instead of taking 2 minutes to do it in the branch,they have to order the card,in New Jersey,even if we are in Florida,which they mess up because of bad training with the result of me being without a bank card for at least 2 weeks.Their phone manners are horrible and they are always right and the customer is wrong.
