Everyone was amazing, but especially Ingrid. Ingrid was super sweet, professional, & efficient. She showed no complaint about staying 10 minutes past close on a Friday night, even after I insisted I could finish up with the teller myself so I wasn’t keeping her. She genuinely seemed like she wanted to make sure I was taken care of fully. Also she was great to talk to, went beyond the typical small talk. Thank you Ingrid!!

Horrible. I needed a new bank card so she printed one out and gave me a fake check told me to go to the ATM outside to deposit the check she said just enter one because the check was for 01 cent. It did not accept that. I could not make a deposit. And it took my new bank card. When I went in to see how to retrieve the card she said well you'll have to wait I'm with another customer now I will not go back to this site to talk to Delilah.
