Not my favorite branch. But what else can you expect. Slow service. Rude staff.
Here on a Tues at 3pm, still experienced a very slow customer service wait time. Bring patience.
This is their only branch in Hialeah, expect delays when banking at this location.
Be prepared to wait a while if your doing the free penny arcade. If you fill up one of the bins itll take 20-30 minutes to change them out. Atleat its free!
