I want to alert TD bank customers and those that are considering opening up a account with TD bank. That they have a serious security issue. In 3 months my TD bank account has been affected by money NOT AUTHORIZED by me taken out. the last one 4/5/2018 was money transfer to someone's account almost the max allowed on their TD Bank transfer that states $1,000.00 max .4/5/2018 DEBIT CARD VISA DDA PUR 460005 P2P KNDDDD FLRNNNN VISA DIRECT * AZ -$998.00

Richard Shreve Namon Richard Shreve Namon This bank over charged me $1400 on account which never went below $1500. They said we are sorry so we can only refund $135 for 3 months of over charges. BS I have decided to go to small claims court and filling a lawsuit next week.

This is THE worst location I have been to. To do a simple deposit into your account and have one teller at 12:30 p.m. and a line out the door waiting to bank while the other girls sit behind a desk doing little to nothing is rediculous!!! It took over a half hour in line to do a two minute transaction. Even in my old home town the bank ALWAYS had two tellers on as well as the drive thru teller. Will not be back to this branch and will be taking my business to another banking institute.
