I loved TD bank! Was a super Convenient bank up until at the beginning of the year when they decided to close the bank that was located in the center of the city! And just leaves open the one that is 10 minutes away out of my way! And today i finally made time to stop by and get a new bank card to my account and i was informed that they do not print cards in the branch anymore because the Visa contract expired and they took their machine out! TD Bank advertises itself as “America’s Most Convenient Bank”.Having shut down the branch on West St in Pittsfield, in addition to the ones that were in North Adams and Adams, there is now only one location and one branch and one ATM in Pittsfield. Yesterday, that ATM was down all day and the line in the bank was long. TD did not have the foresight to open another ATM location in Pittsfield before shutting down the West Street branch.
