This bank is not remotely what they claim to be. They are not the most convenient bank as a matter of fact, I would consider them to be the most rigid, uncaring bank around. Now not n top of that their online application has been down for 13 days, and nobody knows when it will be back up. All I get are lies and excuses. Any day now, should be soon, we appreciate your patience, I am not patient any more. Fix the damn thing.
