Customer service is par excellent.
This branch is terrible. TWICE in 2 weeks, I have had my card taken by the atm machine. On July 14th by the drive-thru atm after hours. Amazingly after attempting to call the local branch and the corporate office from 9am when they opened until after 5pm on 07/15 with no response, I received a call on 07/16@427pm, that my card had been retrieved and that I could come to pick it up as long as I did so that day before closing. I had a very frustrating experience at this branch, primarily due to the behavior of Omar and Carol. When I came in to submit my ID for a TDFitLoan application—after the mobile app repeatedly rejected it due to image blur—I expected in-branch assistance which is where TDFitLoan directed me to go when I called them. However, Carol was unwilling to help and repeatedly told me to try the app again, despite me explaining that I was there specifically for in-person support.
