This location is by far the WORST!!! Why can I get the same job done at another branch when this location tells me a whole different story???!!! Are you too lazy to work?? Don't want to help the customer???? Look up my name and you will know exactly what I am talking about!! Ridiculous!!!

This TD Bank has the worst customer service ever. From the tellers who act like they don’t want to help/serve you when asking simple questions. To the customer service team like Johnathan who will have you waiting over 39 minutes to add someone to your bank account. Their wait times are horrendous any other TD branch in the area is better. I will never step foot in this particular bank again.
Was mostly fine with them, until they suddenly blocked my brother’s account. We spent a whole week going through the process of unblocking it, and it’s still blocked, with the process being very slow and tedious. Meanwhile we have very little money to spend and have been living on scraps
