I had a very frustrating experience at this branch, primarily due to the behavior of Omar and Carol. When I came in to submit my ID for a TDFitLoan application—after the mobile app repeatedly rejected it due to image blur—I expected in-branch assistance which is where TDFitLoan directed me to go when I called them. However, Carol was unwilling to help and repeatedly told me to try the app again, despite me explaining that I was there specifically for in-person support. Not sure why I came to this branch but its time to change banks, not just customer service bad (duran) drive thru, he didn't have what I needed and made me waste time, way to go td bank !!
This location is by far the WORST!!! Why can I get the same job done at another branch when this location tells me a whole different story???!!! Are you too lazy to work?? Don't want to help the customer???? Look up my name and you will know exactly what I am talking about!! Ridiculous!!!
