Always an excellent experience at this location
I had tried to call TD Bank about changing a business credit card to a personal credit card, Their automated announcent said the wait for a representative would be about 20 minutes. I was ok to wait that long due to I could do work at the work station while waiting. About 20 minutes late, a rep. picked up and after I explained what I wanted, the rep said I would be transfered to someone who could help. I could not believe it. I went to the counter to get some money out of my savings account didn’t realize it, but my license was expired by a couple weeks so they wouldn’t give me my $50 which I thought was ridiculous cause I’ve been there for 20 years, they couldn’t match the signature of voice recognition I was really upset because I needed $50. It was a very in and out ATM service for me. I then easily drove off to make the most out of this productive day. All this location is located right next to the Blood Bank of Delmarva. Why don't you save some lives while you are at it
