Came into this branch 3 weeks ago to have my last name on my debit card changed, as it was changed legally. Still no card in the mail, still not changed on my account even tho I called a week ago and was told it would be handled. This branch kinda sucks.
No one has answered the phone at this location in years.

I had tried to call TD Bank about changing a business credit card to a personal credit card, Their automated announcent said the wait for a representative would be about 20 minutes. I was ok to wait that long due to I could do work at the work station while waiting. About 20 minutes late, a rep. picked up and after I explained what I wanted, the rep said I would be transfered to someone who could help.
