I hate to give a bad review and come across harsh as I always desire peace, mutual respect and accountability. Time is precious and should be valued and respected by all. This sadly is a despicable location that is clueless but most importantly couldn’t care less about your time. I called this morning at 9:30 am to ask if a notary was in and if I needed to schedule an appointment. I was emphatically told “just come in as no appointment is necessary”. This is the straw that breaks the camels back for me! Now they change their hours to open at 9am when 8:30 was already late enough for me but at least I was able to make it to work on time. I open at 9am myself like many other businesses. Closing my account for good now and going to mid Florida bank. At least they don’t have a minimum for checking account!
Worst branch I have ever dealt with and it will make you want to close your TD bank accounts. Not only are they understaffed and you have to wait ridiculous amounts of time to do anything, but when they get “busy” they don’t do their wire approvals. And they don’t care if this negatively affects your real estate closing.
ZERO customer service.
