Any bad reviews of TD Bank are because the person was having a bad day and need to blame it on someone. TD is the best bank ever and the staff is always accommodating and friendly
Came in to open a bank account there was 3 people working and not one could stop what they were doing to open a new bank account for me. Incredible!!! Literally no one (customers) at the bank!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
Your actual balance is showed on top and your ledger balance is illegible. And they do not explain when opening the account that the debit card can be used 5 time a day to a balance you think you have... only for a maximum of $175 overdraft fees per day... while it seems you have money in the bank... shame on TD and happy for the $70 million dollar settlement but they are still doing this and today to me. I tried to put ZERO stars.
