For the last couple months I used the TD Bank branch on Route 101 in Bedford and had the chance to get the help of Catie Camacho, Branch Supervisor, along my visits there. Bonnie was rude and wasted a lot of my time. I wanted to just open a checking account and get it over with, but she kept pushing other products I didn’t need. My appointment took over an hour.
Kim at TD was completely unhelpful. I wish banks didn’t even exist. I cannot wait to take our money out of here and delete all TD accounts and move them over to Citizens. They offer much better online services and aren’t terrible on the phone like Kim was to me today.
