Good location. Good accessibility. It was quieter than most branches and not so busy, which was nice. They need more tellers at all locations. Having only one teller there and them coving both the drive-thru and the customers in store isn't great planning and it's not good for customers. It typically causes long waits. I was the only customer in the store, and I had to wait 20 minutes just to be helped. That's crazy, disappointing, and how it is at all branches (especially since Covid-19).
For the last couple months I used the TD Bank branch on Route 101 in Bedford and had the chance to get the help of Catie Camacho, Branch Supervisor, along my visits there. I really required her to do some hard tasks for me and she did all she can with a smiling face every single time. Isn't that how we like to have our experiences during our visits? Bonnie was rude and wasted a lot of my time. I wanted to just open a checking account and get it over with, but she kept pushing other products I didn’t need. My appointment took over an hour.
