It's a bank. The hours aren't as good as the y once were and the customer service is iffy. Lines are long and staff and people who actually actively help vs. making you wait for long periods of time are unfortunately far and few nowadays.
The tellers a super friendly and get the line moving as quickly as possible.
It’s not very often when I can say nice things about a bank, but Lucy, who answered my call not only help me with my situation. She actually made me laugh a little. If anybody from TD Bank is listening this employee is highly valuable to your company..
I cannot believe how unprofessional TD Bank and their employees are. If you have your money in TD bank I would switch it immediately as this bank will cause nothing but problems in the future. With the endless fees when moving money, constant nagging when moving money and the ATM's are commonly down. The employees can't answer common banking questions when working at a bank. Hopefully TD will no longer exist in the future. Cheers!ATM never works. Will be switching banks
