I always have a problem here
For to long I've procrastinated about switching my checking account to an account with no service charge. On my last trip to the drive thru a young man named Drew noticed I was paying a service fee and switched me over to a zero maintenance fee account while keeping the same account number and all auto pay transactions intact. The young man was polite and clearly explained the changes and benifits to me. Who ever hired Drew deserves a pat on the back!
Had an excellent experience with this TD Bank location. The staff provided outstanding customer service, answered all my questions patiently, and handled everything efficiently. Very satisfied.
