Had a disappointed experience with this branch. Evidently I missed renewing 2 CD's, so came in to cancel and redo them as the default interest was substantially lower than the existing rates. I felt as though I was bothering them to perform this request. I have not had any issues with this location in the past, but this time not too happy. Also, had to pay a substantial penalty to cancel, and thought maybe due to a many years long customer and my deposit accounts they could throw me a bone on the penalty, but nope, nothing. ... read more
There’s one teller and Bank manager Anthony that are not friendly at All. Barely look up at you and if they do, it’s like they’re glaring at you. Always a hassle to get the right domination bills you want!
