One of the worst experience ever, yesterday morning I sent my son and husband to cash their checks that their boss gave them from this bank they get paid daily, the teller first of all had an attitude, they provided identification, she asked for secondary ID they provided their social security card and birth certificate, she proceeds to tell them that those weren't secondary ID she asked for a gun permit as secondary, First of all what made her think that they had a gun second of all last time I check your social is a second... read more

I have been a TD Bank customer since 2015. Over the 9 years, my interaction with the bank directly, is mostly non-existent. The handful of times I have been to the branches, all staff has always been very prompt, professional and supportive. I am giving TD 4 stars and not 5, because twice now in the last month I was not able to get a new debit card on site, even with a social security card. Let’s rewind. Terrible service! Bad bank, never come back again!
ATM works (if I'm being generous) 50% of the time. The other 50% the place is either closed or they nag you for not using their non-functioning ATM. Awful branch. Editing: the ATM has gone under 50% functionality for me. If the ATM is down less than an hour after normal operating hours, there's a problem. Also: how is a bank closing at 5pm on a weekday convenient? Absolutely horrid location.
