Max provides faulty information. He first told me that I would be in legal trouble over a legitimate check. Then Max told me again that my account was at jeopardy. Only to call me later in the day and I get no apology, just a request from Max to log in to my mobile account. I don’t care what they deal with on the back end. The bottom line is their customer service is atrocious. Thank you Max, for being horrible.
Great costumer service
Gone down the greed tube. The fact that I now have to keep 250.00 in my account or they slap me with a 15.00 service fee was tge last straw. I have banked with TD for over 2 decades, I'm done.
Went to open a conservative account with a court order and the staff was straight dumb stupidly or just prejudice either or I do not recommend this branch. Went up the street N. Main and accomplishments want needed to be done.
