Excellent customer service
Always great customer service, with very knowledgeable and friendly associates at this West Hartford location.
Forced to leave another one star review. Apparently “America’s most convenient bank” apparently doesn’t let you pay bills by linking your savings account. Once again almost missed a bill payment because this bank doesn’t tell you anything you can do with your money deposited.
Service quick polite friendly staff
I love walking into a bank with cash and being told I need an account to break the bills smaller. My closest bank branch is 45 minutes away… why would you need an account to break bills?
