I’ve been a TD Bank customer since 1987 & have pretty much always been happy with them, their service, & their staff no matter which branch I have gone to. Over the past 2 weeks I’ve been working with Richard Cyr, Financial Services Representative, who has gone above & beyond, working hours with me researching complicated requests on my part. He has been expert & patient & has been so helpful.
The manager in the Wethersfield bank is a funny Jamaican. He knows what's going on and is fun to talk to. There's also some fly tellers.
