Horrible service. Waited 15 min twice despite having appointments and service manager didn’t have system permission to add a person to an account. Unprofessional, dismissive, inexcusable.
I love this location!!! They're all super helpful and friendly anytime I need anything, and they always recognize me when I stop by and are always happy to see me :)
Discourteous and unprofessional! Contradicted what they told me a day earlier! Nothing but roadblocks when trying to use your own money! Take your business to a better place! Avoid this bank and especially this location!
The tellers spend way more chatting with their customers than banking. This is a bank, not a sewing circle.
