Why anyone would bank here is totally beyond me. Why not go to a credit union up the road where they don't charge a fee for a minimum balance in the checking account? Not to mention, the people who work there feel so fake, it's almost as if you go in and you're talking to someone in HR who smiles at you while saying you're fired. Your best bet is to find a credit union IMHO and thankfully there are plenty nearby to choose from.
Closed my account with no notice, i have never over drawn my account or done anything wrong. After waiting over 15 minutes, they refuse to give me an explanation as to why my account was closed. Now all my money is tied up in a check they "will be sending in mail". No regard for people that have bills to pay. Can't reccomend them.
I have been banking with TD for many years and the Cook's Corner Brunswick staff are always engaging, professional and a joy to speak to for my banking transactions.
Paige helped me when I unexpectedly needed a new card. This branch always has a pleasant environment when I go in. It seems like the employees work well together and you can tell the manager really cares about the staff and customers!😊
