Made an appointment on Sunday at 12:30 PM. waited for 50 minutes until we decided to leave because the bank is closing at 2PM and there would not be enough time for us. No a word from the person who made the appointment with us.
I have been banking with TD for years now. This location has great customer service and always takes care of your banking needs very quickly. Great customer service.
I have been with them a since 2008. Customer service is a 1 star or less. No one ever calls you back. Im unimpressed with their team and the lack of communication. I cancelled a line of credit and they kept charging me for 2 years and the manager couldnt figure out why. I have waited for 2 weeks for a call back today from two different locations. After 15 years I have finally decided to remove all my banking and go elsewhere.
