Always friendly and very helpful.
Unreliable branch services. My wife and I made a notary appointment at this branch. When we showed up the individual we had the appointment with, Sudeepa Madan, said she didn't have the necessary materials (her stamp) to complete notary service. Completely wasted my time dragging my wife and baby to this 'appointment' and Sudeepa's only help was to try another branch. All of my contact information was available for her to reach and let me know she forgot her stamp. Frustrated and annoyed.

I have five plus TD accounts and have banked there for decades. Walked into this branch and ask them to notarize 6 items for me, and offered to pay whatever fee is required. Place is empty, but the advisor acts like I am majorly inconveniencing him, tells me, with an attitude, that he is the o my one there. I left. Awful service.
After 10+ years of doing business with this bank they would not process my deposit and told me i have to call the manager tomorrow - I thought this was the worlds most convenient bank - LOL - def not. I will be switching banks.
