HORRIBLE NADA VRDOLJAK PROFILED ME AS A YOUNG HISPANIC WOMAN WHO WAS TRYING TO OPEN UP A BUSINESS ACCOUNT FOR A HOUSEKEEEPING COMPANY, SHE IMMEDIATELY DENIED ME AND GAVE ME A NASTY ATTITUDE. I IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS THE MANAGER WITH A ARROGANT ATTITUDE! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! THERES SEVERAL REVIEWS HERE WHO EXPERIENCED THE SAME SITUATION WITH HER ! AS A TD CUSTOMER IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW I WAS TREATED!
You would have to travel a long way to find a bank worse than this one. Tellers are unprofessional. Manager is never in the store. Staff turnover is incredible. I have never been in a bank where all the staff only last a few months. Simple transactions take forever. Try to deposit $100 cash—and they DEMAND ID. The only good thing about this branch is that it is going to be closed down soon. The company denied it—but an internal source said this branch is on the chopping block and it’s only a matter of time. Probably explains... read more
I have not had good luck with customer service at this branch and twice have had to go to a different branch to have my issues resolved.
