After over two decades of banking at TD Bank, I had my first, very negative experience with this branch, with manager Nada Vrdoljak. My non-profit Girl Scouts account was incorrectly charged a $10 monthly maintanence fee by TD Bank (it should not have been charged any fees) for 7 months, for reasons that aren't clear. Probably the worst branch in the system. Never a manager here. Nobody cares. Horrible bank and even worse branch. Waited 30 minutes for teller who told me she could not give me the change I needed. No longer America’s Most Convenient Bank. Now America’s Most Useless Bank.

Customer service by the teller Sudeepa was horrible! Treated me like I was a criminal! She Asked 2 other workers if she could cash a check and I provided 2 forms of ID and it was a TD check!! She refused to cash the check! Disgusting!
