Horrible branch with even worse people to represent it. I went to go close my account because I had no use for it and they kept prying me to tell them why I was closing it. I was switching to Chase but they had no reason to know that so I told them I was simply using chime. They made fun of me as a group except for one guy who I can only assume was the manager on duty. This bank was always awful but somehow after the Port Chester branch closed it actually got worse. I'm about to move all of my accounts, business and personal, because I have to make deposits a few times a week and I don't have two hours to waste each time.
I think that they're amazing. Always so helpful and professional & pleasant .
