Walked into the branch around 1:30. Granted I was acknowledged upon entry but that was where it ended. At no point did anyone ask what type of service I required. Ten more minutes went by and still waiting. It got to the point I couldn't wait. Later on I decided to make a second attempt. This time no one acknowledged my arrival. Horrible branch with even worse people to represent it. I went to go close my account because I had no use for it and they kept prying me to tell them why I was closing it. I was switching to Chase but they had no reason to know that so I told them I was simply using chime. They made fun of me as a group except for one guy who I can only assume was the manager on duty. If this location spent more time treating customers with respect maybe they’d have more than 2 people a day come to their shitty bank. It seems the quality of... read more

This bank was always awful but somehow after the Port Chester branch closed it actually got worse. I'm about to move all of my accounts, business and personal, because I have to make deposits a few times a week and I don't have two hours to waste each time.
