Extremely rude. I didn’t face anything like that.a young lady with red hair she was very angry and she was like she is doing favor to me. I went there for deposit money which is like 2300$ and I gave him 20 dollars of coins . When she saw the coins she said me that it’s ridiculous with her angry face.I asked him that we don’t have coin role and I deposit money every week , I never deposit coin , it’s my first time but she treat me as an enemy. Totally disappointed with this poor service.

A few days ago I went to change money for smaller currency. I went with a young guy, curly hair, he is the youngest there. Sadly I did not had the chance to see his name on the uniform because the treatment he provide me as a costumer was so horrible that all the time I was in shock. I have gone to this bank several times, but this time there was a guy with curly hair arguing with a female coworker. I’ve been attended by her many times and she is always very polite. But this guy was rude. I asked for change, something I do almost every week, and he started questioning me about my Social Security number, phone number, and many other things. His attitude was very disappointing. It felt like he had a problem, like we have to beg him to do his job, I didn't know his name but next time I will and update here.
