Pathetic service. Even after having an appointment, I had to wait for 30 minutes as they didn't bother with people having an appointment already rather were dealing in the order of walk-ins. Later when they attended me, they said that they have trouble sending OTP on T-mobile and I should get another connection. LOL. Pathetic.
I had a wonderful experience with Denu. The staff was incredibly professional, patient, and eager to assist with all my inquiries. The representative who helped me was knowledgeable and very kind!
Td Edison very busy but Customer service very helpful, 2 tellers Khizra & Josie greeted warmly and helped my account having little issues ,later assist manager Antoinette settled my account, very much thankful. Always seen enough pens & deposit tickets , neat and clean branch giving 5 star to all staff.
I dont know what is wrong with the customer service at these td banks but they totally suck. I went to this edison bank to open an account. A caucasian lady with shoulder length blonde hair was helping me. I gave her my license and everything she needed how in the hell do yo spell my name wrong and my address. I wish I could remember her name because I would certainly state it. As a matter of fact I'm going to find my set up folder because this was about a year.
