TD Bank is, without a doubt—bar none—the worst bank when it comes to customer service. Their attitude is terrible, and the wait times are excruciatingly long—typically around an hour. It’s not that they are actually busy; they simply make you wait! I hope that upper management will step in to bring about some changes!
Terrible wait times to get a debit card replacement here at the Edison Branch. Waited half an hour for absolutely no acknowlegement after checking in. Consider moving your accounts elsewhere if you want faster service.
Not cool I even have to give a star!!!!! Molasses moves faster in the winter then the customer service personal here at TD Bank in Edison on Rt 27. So ho him here I sit letting life past by

Somebody took my business check and washed it. They cashed it for over $2,000. They said they confirmed it with Titan which I guess is the system that TD Bank uses. I've called them to ask what happened. They said they were going to call me back and then they ignored my phone calls for the rest of the day. I don't know if they have caller ID or they just did not pick up the phone for the rest of the day but now since they refused to call me back I'm going to the police department.
