ATM NEVER FCKIN WORKS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Josephenne (Josie) was extremely kind and explained everything really well. She made the experience much less stressful. While in line I saw her deescalate a situation with a rude customer, assist a coworker that was new, and gave chairs to people who were standing waiting. It’s not typical to see this and I personally really appreciate when people who work with the public are this kind! She definitely deserves every promotion and raise that comes her way!
i have been sitting waiting to get a debit card for over an hour there’s 2 people but only one person is helping customers i have never waited this long i had to get up and walk out because i could not wait anymore
