Horrible customer service I was charged transfer fees I was u aware that even existed and when I spoke to customer service I was told to go to my branch I was told only a small portion could be credited back because of a federal regulation Well I found out that this regulation ended in 2020 and the federal reserve has no plans in implementing this regulation again So Unless this manager did not know of a federal bank regulation that ended 6 years ago then she just lied to me Hotrible way to treat loyalty! Customer service is terrible. All the redesign isn't so great as far as Customer service. All I want to do is for them to unlock my account and change my statements to mailing to me, instead of online!
Waiting for so long is enough to drive one mad.
