Somebody took my business check and washed it. They cashed it for over $2,000. They said they confirmed it with Titan which I guess is the system that TD Bank uses. I've called them to ask what happened. They said they were going to call me back and then they ignored my phone calls for the rest of the day. I don't know if they have caller ID or they just did not pick up the phone for the rest of the day but now since they refused to call me back I'm going to the police department. Prepare yourself for along wait like you have nothing else to do in your life except td bank
Every time i need to go inside to accomplish anything at this branch, I end up leaving frustrated and annoyed. They put in minimal effort, are unwilling to anything that isn’t upgrading you to a more complicated service, and are rude.
