I am very disappointed in the wait time. There is one teller with 6 people in line on a Friday and I've been waiting over 45 minutes to see one account rep that they have working.... Awful customer service
DISHONEST BANK DOESNT HONOR PROMOTIONS
Bad customer service . There is always a problem with the ATM, I tried to deposit cash in 3 different Atn impossible. Chk deposit through the app impossible, talking to customer service disaster.

People should never assume that depositing a cheque through the TD ATM is accurate-My chq showed a deposit of 500-the cheque was for 600-and it wasn't easy to convince them of this fact-be careful

I hated it, I made a mistake from the app, and O transfer for my personal account into my saving, so I reverted this and today the bank charged $105.00 for overdraft. I cover it the same day but the bank charged it. I am going to close my accounts with TD Bank and I will open a new account with another bank. I have my business account with Chase Bank and if I cover the overdraft the same day they didn't charge anything.
TD Bank is the absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with. I currently have 3 bank accounts at 3 different banks and TD is the only one that charges OD fees on a account that I specifically asked to not allow. I have paid over $700 in fees when I had 2 accounts linked together & the other had the funds. 5 months later they refund me $275 for excessive fees. Today they tell me I didn't have the bank account linked only my debit card. What the world?! I asked them to credit my account to $0 balance and close the last of the 3 ac... read more
