My recent visit to TD Bank left me utterly disappointed and perplexed. Despite having successfully cashed a check from the same person for a significantly higher amount just a week ago without any issues, I encountered unnecessary obstacles and blatant ignorance regarding basic banking procedures. Upon presenting my identification and the check in question, I was informed by Claudia and her manager that I needed to open an account in order to cash it.
