I have warned Ameritrade THREE times that they need to fix their mobile trading platform. So far they have not, although not a single broker I've spoken to understands why they do things the way they do. Here is the issue: when using the Ameritrade App, prominently at the top of the app is a "TRADE" link. It brings up an order form to put through your order. The employees constantly give you false information or lie to you and TD Ameritrade doesn't want to take any action on their behalf you have to go through Finra very difficult because if Make a mistake they just take their money they make a mistake you have to go through a bunch of process is to try and rectify it because they don't wanna do anything on their own

I had terrible experience(s) through TD Ameritrade. I asked to close my account because your site is not intuitive and there is not enough support. I was sent an email saying I had a secure message and to click the link to find it. Well someone had already closed my account making me unable to access this "secure" message telling my my account was closed. On 7/10/2019 I called customer support and found all of this out. Use to be with *********, once TD took over fee's started to get going. I was charged a $38 Reorganization Fee for one(1) share of stock when a company I had stock in changed hands. I requested a refund and the Cusotmer Service agent advised me that I was advised of the fees. I request a refund a 2nd time citing that one share changing hands did no require my work, and the response was not Professional, so I'm now with another broker, and they do not charge that fee.

TD AMERITRADE took my savings, and also my sons. When we were abitrarily transferred from *********, they put us in these high fee margin accounts against our wishes. Very Crooked

Terrible company. On day one of my unwilling transition from ********* I was almost designated a "day trader" , and my account restricted, because they posted trades on the wrong date. If I was not paying attention, I would be in deep trouble. I called them, but has not been corrected yet. Their trading platform is way inferior to ********* , which I used almost 20 years, but the ********* dumped it.. Stay/run away....that is what I am doing.

i WAS A ********* CUSTOMER BUT THE COMPANY WAS SOLD TO TD AMERITRADE. EFFECTIVE TODAY 2/26/2018. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT MY LOCAL OVERLAND PARK OFFICE OR AT THE CORPORATE NUMBER. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND INPOSSIBLE TO REACH UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ASSOCIATE. TD AMERITRADE INC. is a very bad company, arrogant, cocky and ignorant. I was a long term client with TD, had over *** in assets; one day decided to open up an IRA and TD decided to shut down all of my accounts. When I called and spoke to a manager, they would not give me an exact decision as to why they decided to terminate their business relationship with me. Makes zero sense and a company not giving an explanation is not only bad business, it is unethical and it is un-Amercan!!!!
