Unbelievably bad service. If you want to invest it's better to find a place that will care about you and your money.
This is no longer a TD Ameritrade bank. They can't do any atm or cash transactions. They have a staff personnel who seems unable to do anything for me but mail a check... Not helpful. Closest office is posted as McClean, VA. Good luck. I'll be closing this account.
The wait time for help is 1 hour!! Unbelievably bad service. Thus far, 38 minutes on hold already ... to clarify a trade. I will change to another platform as soon as possible.
