I went to that branch to deposit a 50K cashier check and I was not allowed due to restrictions on my account ( so I was told }. I checked my account on line and didn't show any restrictions on check deposits. I also called customer service and I was told the same thing. Conclusion: I may have been in the wrong neighborhood trying to make a 50K deposit while brown.

Bad won't let me open a account cause I don't live in the area.

Don't sign up for their scam debit card. You'll never get your money out at any atm. Called and complained and they make excuses and tell you we are not a bank. Well then why the hell issue debit cards and checks. Use any other brokerage if you need access to your funds.

I stop in a few times a year here to make deposits and they are very helpful. Its never busy and I get right out of there. The receptionist is very sweet.
