It has been a couple of years and they have shown good faith in electronic transfers. But I still am afraid to go back into the office in person. Quick to take my money; slow and discourteous when I need to take disbursements.(simple IRA) It is as if the Tacoma office thinks my money is theirs to control. They act as if I am an intrusion on their "important" lives and do not apologize for making me wait when they fail to meet an agreed deadline to disburse my $25,000 check. My experience at TD Ameritrade been good so far except this one broker in Seattle his VERY RUDE!!!...
One star for the new manager. Used to be a great place.
Called TD and requested an appointment at the Tacoma branch office since TD closed their Renton office. I was told someone would call me the next day. Received and missed only one call the next day. When I returned the call I was met with a rude and a unprofessional person. Not a 100% sure it was the Tacoma office, but I never got a call as promised and after reading the online reviews of this office I’m thinking I’ll go elsewhere.
