We cannot get anyone from that location to return a call and it is impossible to reach the branch directly! Is there an extension to get to the location manager?
Laura must be one of the most unprofessional "Brokers" I have ever encountered, A blot on TD Ameritrade. How far has erstwhile Scottrade fallen. Stay away from this branch better yet stay away from TD Ameritrade.
Although there was a wait because the person at the walk-up counter is also doing phone support, they ultimately were able to multitask and get me out of there in just a couple minutes. It was actually significantly easier than I expected. Another customer was there for an appointment and the other customer service person was asking if they needed water, coffee, anything else.
