They hung up on me after I had been on hold for nearly 15 minutes.
They're starting 2b quicker concerning, answering the phone again. Over, great company (education available) to becoming a smarter investor.
I was on hold for 71 minutes. Does that say it all?
Manager "unable" to help out customer during check transaction which happened to be a mistake their behalf when originally processed. At the end of the day I have to wait over 2 and half weeks to receive my check which could have been wired by the branch seeing how it was their mistake which caused the entire mishap. Very dissatisfied with their manager Randy, happy to take my investment business with somebody else.
