DO NOT invest any of your money!!! A constant decline in my ending balane every time my statement comes.. will be going to another company!!!
Not Happy at all with the transition here with TD. It took me over two months to transfer funds into my various IRAs. Made three separate trips to location before I got all funds sitting properly and then I was unable to purchase the foreign ETF that I was told I was able to own before I began the transfer process to these accounts for that specific investment. Liquidating everything here and moving elsewhere...... STAY AWAY
zero balance in my accounts! just called them, a super panic attack for minutes! maybe these guys are not to blame but this is WAY screwed up and i was told to log in a few hours from now, WORRY THE WHOLE TIME! THIS IS SICK! STILL NOT TRUSTING THEM... AVOID! NO EMAILS FROM THEM, NO BANNER ON THEIR SITE, ETC... how many people are FREAKING OUT! some tech problem, or whatever! china/russia/north korea? good old home grown hackers?! jesus! tangible assets folks! gotta do it!
As a new investor I got very little help.
Branch manerger not willing to assist in your needs, its to much trouble for him to go that extra ,or get informed so he can fill your request
