I've always enjoyed the customer service and support from Scottrade, until today. JJ Meis was there, I'd say helped- but he didn't, while I was withdrawing funds from my account. I've been using scottrade for over 3 years and my experience today with JJ Meis was enough to make me never want to use this platform again. He was dismissive, arrogant, unhelpful and downright rude.
